These are the terms for using the Finance Reps app and this website. We've kept them short and honest. If anything is unclear, write to us at contact@financereps.com and we'll do our best to clarify.
Educational practice only
Finance Reps is for practice and learning. The content, questions, worked explanations, and practice engines are educational material. They are not financial, accounting, tax, legal, investment, audit, transaction, valuation, career, or professional advice, and they are not a substitute for a CPA, CFA, or any qualified professional acting on your specific facts and circumstances.
Don't rely on Finance Reps for a real decision, model, filing, or transaction. Verify against authoritative sources and qualified advisors.
Accuracy
We work hard to make the lessons, questions, and explanations correct and useful. We don't guarantee accuracy or completeness. If you find something that looks wrong, please use the in-app "Report Issue" feature or email contact@financereps.com.
Subscriptions
Finance Reps is planned as a free download with free Foundations access and optional All Access through the Apple App Store and Google Play when subscriptions are available.
Once available, billing for All Access will be handled by Apple and Google under their own terms, including renewal, cancellation, and refunds. To cancel or manage a subscription, you will use your device's subscription settings (Apple ID Settings on iOS; Play Store Subscriptions on Android). Refund requests follow Apple or Google's standard refund process.
Acceptable use
Use Finance Reps for your own learning. Don't redistribute the lessons, questions, or explanations; don't attempt to scrape or extract the content bank; don't use the app to harass, abuse, or send unlawful content to us through the support or contact channels.
Changes
We will update these terms when our service changes. The version in effect is whatever appears on this URL.
